1. About THENO for Suppliers

THENO is a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace where registered Suppliers publish Want-to-Sell (WTS) listings for mobile devices and related inventory. Buyers browse approved listings and submit Want-to-Buy (WTB) demand. THENO provides listing, approval, matching, and notification tools but is not a buyer or seller of goods unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility & registration

You must register as a legitimate wholesale business and provide accurate company and contact details: first and last name, company name, email, country, phone, and VAT number where applicable.
Supplier registration is limited to businesses in European countries or Japan, as shown in the registration form.
Your account requires administrator approval before activation. You will receive login credentials by email once approved.
You must be authorised to bind your company to these Terms and to list inventory on its behalf.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

3. WTS listings & inventory

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every listing: device model, storage capacity, grade, quantity, unit price, currency, VAT status, availability, and product images.
Listings may require administrator approval before publication. We may reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or non-compliant.
You must maintain sufficient stock to fulfil quantities offered, or promptly update or withdraw listings when stock changes.
Images must truthfully represent the goods offered. You must have the right to upload and display all images and descriptions you submit.
Bulk import and catalogue tools must be used in accordance with platform rules. You remain liable for all data you upload.

4. Pricing, fees & taxes

Prices you publish must be genuine wholesale offers. Platform margin or fee adjustments applied by THENO will be communicated where relevant before they affect your listings or settlements.
You are responsible for determining and disclosing applicable VAT or tax treatment in your listings where required by law.
Access fees, commissions, or subscription terms (if introduced) will be communicated separately. Continued use after notified changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

5. Matching, buyers & transactions

THENO may suggest matches between your listings and buyer WTB requests. A match or notification is an introduction only and does not create a binding contract between you and a buyer.
Any sale, delivery, payment, warranty, or dispute must be agreed directly between you and the buyer (or through your own commercial arrangements) unless THENO expressly states otherwise.
THENO does not take title to your goods and is not a party to off-platform or platform-facilitated deals unless explicitly stated.
You must respond to matched opportunities and administrator enquiries in good faith and within reasonable timeframes.

6. Conduct & suspension

You must not misuse the platform, upload unlawful or infringing content, manipulate prices or availability, attempt unauthorised access, or harm other users or the service. We may suspend or terminate Supplier accounts that breach these Terms, applicable law, or administrator directives.

7. Intellectual property

THENO branding, software, and documentation remain our property or our licensors’. You retain rights in content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, process, and transmit it for platform operation, matching, and compliance purposes.

8. Liability

THENO is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, stock obsolescence, or disputes with buyers arising from deals concluded off-platform or through platform introductions. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

THENO is a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace where registered Buyers browse approved Supplier Want-to-Sell (WTS) listings and submit Want-to-Buy (WTB) purchase requests. THENO provides search, matching, and notification tools but is not a seller of goods unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility & registration

You must register as a legitimate wholesale business and provide accurate company and contact details: first and last name, company name, email, country, phone, and VAT number where applicable.
Buyer accounts may be activated immediately after successful registration, subject to these Terms and any compliance checks we apply.
You must be authorised to bind your company to these Terms and to submit purchase demand on its behalf.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

3. Browsing listings & WTB requests

Listings displayed on THENO are published by independent Suppliers. We do not guarantee availability, price, grade, or specification beyond what each Supplier publishes.
WTB requests must be submitted in good faith, with accurate model, quantity, price, and delivery requirements.
WTB requests may require administrator review. We may reject or amend requests that are incomplete, unrealistic, or non-compliant.
You must not scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data for purposes unrelated to legitimate wholesale purchasing on the platform.

4. Matching & transactions

THENO may suggest matches between your WTB requests and Supplier listings. A match or notification is an introduction only and does not create a binding purchase contract.
Any purchase, payment, delivery, warranty, or dispute must be agreed directly between you and the Supplier unless THENO expressly states otherwise.
THENO does not take title to goods and is not a party to transactions between Buyers and Suppliers unless explicitly stated.
Platform pricing shown on listings may include applicable platform margins. Confirm final commercial terms with the Supplier before committing.

5. Conduct & suspension

You must not misuse the platform, submit false demand, attempt unauthorised access, harass Suppliers, or use THENO in a way that harms other users or the service. We may suspend or terminate Buyer accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

Approval workflow: registration status, administrator review notes, and approval or rejection records.
Profile: optional profile photo and contact updates in My Account.
Listing & inventory data: WTS listings, catalogue attributes, grades, quantities, prices, VAT flags, import logs, and product images you upload.
Trading activity: match notifications, buyer introductions, listing approvals, and related platform events.
Technical: session identifiers, IP address, device/browser metadata, and security logs.

3. How we use Supplier data

Creating, reviewing, and managing your Supplier account (including administrator approval).
Publishing and administering your WTS listings and images.
Operating matching tools, in-app notifications, and service emails (e.g. account approval, password reset).
Enforcing Supplier Terms, preventing fraud, and maintaining platform security.
Complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where applicable, we rely on contract performance (providing the Supplier platform), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, B2B operations, listing integrity), legal obligation, and consent where required (e.g. registration checkboxes).

5. Sharing Supplier data

We do not sell personal data. Supplier data may be shared with:

Buyers and platform users — listing details, company name, and contact information needed for wholesale trading (as configured on the platform).
Service providers — hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure partners under appropriate safeguards.
Administrators — internal staff who manage approvals, compliance, and support.
Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. International transfers

Where data is processed outside your country, we apply appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.

7. Retention

We retain Supplier account, listing, and trading records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes, unless earlier deletion is required by law.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including hashed passwords and access controls. No system is completely secure; report concerns promptly.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. Some requests may be limited where we must retain data for legal or operational reasons.
